I am a 30yr old male student looking for a roommate to share my huge garden level home in Lakewood. It has high ceilings and good lighting, you'd hardly know you weren't above ground. It has a huge fenced in backyard and pets are very welcome. You would get the larger of the 2 bedrooms which has 2 big closets in it. Utilities are totally included in the rent, and the place has all the amenities, like dishwasher, washer & dryer, even a fireplace!
I'm a pretty easy going guy, but also very responsible and considerate. I'm smoking/420 friendly, but I'm not a partier by any means and I don't keep weird hours. And if you don't like smoking, I will happily take it outside.
There is no age or gender preference. I just am looking for somebody considerate like myself and able to pay the rent. There is absolutely no deposit required but my landlord requires an application be filled out. The room is available now but you can move in whenever, just name the day and secure it with first month's rent.
